Pam used to run a small business. It consumed her completely and didn’t leave much room for things like family, sleep, and health.
On New Year’s Eve 2000, it all caught up with her, and she was rushed to the hospital with a serious spinal infection.
The doctors gave her little chance.

After weeks of fighting for her life, she finally pulled through, but Pam knew she needed to reassess her life and priorities.
Among other things, she created a way to run her business more efficiently. “Less time for more money” became her new mantra.
It Was Like Night
And Day...
The business grew, Pam had a life. Just four years later, she sold two businesses for a life-changing sum.
This meant she was able to “retire” at just 46 years old.
But This Was Just The Beginning
It wasn’t very long before Pam realised that sitting on a beach wasn’t quite as fulfilling as business.
Around this time, some of her network started to ask for advice. She worked with a few of them, informally coaching them, you could say.
Finally, she came out of retirement and joined the ActionCOACH franchise.
However, after just one year, Pam had lost tens of thousands of pounds. Her coaching business was going nowhere.
The franchise systems were too expensive and didn’t work for her.

So, over the next 2 years, Pam created and implemented her own systems.
She was able to scale her coaching business to over £1,000,000 & 47 clients.
She won numerous EMEA and UK coaching awards, even becoming the No. 1 ranked ActionCOACH in the world.
Because of this, the franchise asked her to help new and struggling coaches.
However, Pam knew her success was not coming from the franchise systems that people pay so much money for.
Business Coach Academy Was Born
Finally, in 2018, she teamed up with her son, Zander. Zander had scaled his business, Stryv, to £100,000 per month. Together, they founded Business Coach Academy.
